Cuttlebug Challenges - Rendezvous Monday - 6Apr09
Today is Rendezvous Monday over at Cuttlebug Challenges. The objective of this challenge was to use the colors kraft, black and white/ivory and keep the card clean and simple. Here is my interpretation of this challenge:
Definitely simple! Wish me luck, and please let me know what you think!

365 Cards - Day 36
Well, true to the title of this blog, I wasted part of this morning making cards for 365 Cards - Super Sketchy Sunday. This is the sketch for the challenge:

I added the link to 365 cards in this post for my Mom so she could link back to the challenge and see what this is all about.
I needed a Mother's Day Card anyway (Surprise Mom!), so I used this sketch as the basis for that. I like pink and brown together, and I really wanted to use the sewing machine because it will bring back such fond memories for my Mom when she tried to teach me how to sew (NOT!).

After I was done with the Mother's Day card, I decided to make a card for friend. I found this quote, and just had to use it!

365 Cards - Day 33 - White Space
365 Cards - Day 32
New Cards
I made this colorful card yesterday - I was playing with some
of the images from the Graphically Speaking cartridge. I also used a Cuttlebug embossing folder for the embossed swirls.
The flower is from Walk in my Garden.
This is a closer view of the layered flower.
Of course I added lots of bling and sparkle.
This is a spring card using images from the Walk in My Garden cartridge and Prima Flowers. I also stiched around the edges with a zig zag stitch.
