This image and sentiment are from the Pink Petticoat Spooky Doodles set. The circles were cut using Nestabilities. The background is also from Pink Petticoat. The little bats at the top are from a Cuttlebug Halloween die.
I sewed the ribbon in layers to make a ruffle. I thought the ruffle was kind of funny with a skull sentiment!Thanks for looking!
